3. Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro credit cards. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.
4. Booking Cancellations & Refunds
Change of Plans
If you change your mind after booking, cancellations are accepted for a full refund if made within fourteen (14) days of the booking date and no later than seven (7) days before your check-in date.

Cancellation Procedure
Provide your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Refunds are subject to your payment method’s processing timelines.
Refund Terms
Within 14 Days:
Full refund via original payment method (excluding transaction fees)
Store credit valid for six (6) months (excluding transaction fees)
After 14 Days:
Store credit only, valid for six (6) months (excluding transaction fees)
Exclusions
Refunds are not issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. You must ensure a responsible adult is present at check-in and check-out.
